Medical disclaimer

The quizzes are for scheduling and general information only. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription, and they do not create a patient–provider relationship. Any treatment, including prescription medication, is provided only if a licensed provider decides after an in-person evaluation that it is appropriate for you. Not everyone qualifies.

Medication disclosure

Prescription medication is available only after an in-person evaluation and a prescription from a licensed provider. If any medication is prescribed, your provider will explain what it is, whether it is FDA-approved or compounded, and its risks. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Results, reviews, and photos

Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Reviews are quoted from iVee Restorative Care’s Google Business Profile. Before-and-after photos show individual patients’ own experiences; your results may differ.
